I AM 59, 6'1", active, humerous, open, honest, sincere, caring, sharing, handsome,
understanding, intelligent ---- what every woman should want, I just am not in a position to meet many new friends.
I am semi-retired and don't have a lot of family in the area. My friends are mostly married and have their own families to be with.
I like the simple things in life, like blue skies, mother nature, the
ocean or rivers, flower gardening, spending lots of time with someone very
special, and traveling ( both weekend get-aways and longer trips as well )
I also like the social life with friends, concerts, some golf, playing board games, cards (love bridge), music of
all kinds except heavy metal and rap ( I
don't consider rap as music, actually)
I have two grown children who have their own homes. I live alone in a small rented house while I am selling my former home. I would like to buy or build in about one year --- somewhere, I
haven't decided where yet. That decision probably will be influenced by whether I meet someone, or not.
I am intelligent, but not cocky ---
both out-going and quiet at times ---
confident in most ways, but a little insecure in others. I have been blessed
thru out my life, there has been hardly
anything that I can't do, but I feel like it doesn't mean much without a
special partner to share life with.
I am a "do-er" instead of someone who lives their life thru watching others, and I get my happiness only by
being able to share life with someone I
love.
I'm like a little kid sometimes, when the kid says "look what I did, mommy" in a proud voice --- I need someone to say to them "look what I did
honey !"
I am looking for someone of good
character and morals, that will be honest and not play head games with me.
I don't expect to find the virgin mary,
but I do expect, and will return, a
monogamous relationship.
